These Terms & Conditions (hereafter "T&C") govern access to and use of the PrimeExpert service, operated by D.P.F. Partners S.A. (hereafter "the Provider"), a Belgian company, CBE BE 0477.795.373, Chaussée de Stockel 304, 1200 Brussels.
PrimeExpert is a Belgian renovation grant analysis service. The service uses artificial intelligence to analyze invoices and quotes uploaded by the user, identify applicable grants according to the relevant Belgian region, and generate a PDF report.
PrimeExpert offers two plans:
Prices are shown in euros, including 21% Belgian VAT. The Provider reserves the right to modify prices at any time; prices in effect at the time of payment remain applicable.
Payment is made via the secure Stripe payment platform. Once payment is confirmed, the PDF report is generated and sent to the email address provided by the user.
The report is generally delivered within 2 to 5 minutes after payment confirmation. If you have not received the report, check your inbox and spam folder.
Refund : The PrimeExpert service consists of delivering a PDF report. Pursuant to Article VI.53, 12° of Belgian economic law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided against payment and whose execution has begun with the express consent of the consumer. Therefore, once the PDF report has been delivered, no refund is possible.
PrimeExpert provides an informative estimate of Belgian grants. The results produced do not constitute a promise or guarantee of obtaining grants.
The amounts actually awarded depend exclusively on the decisions of the competent regional authorities (Brussels Environment, SPW, Agentschap Innoveren en Ondernemen), which examine each file according to their own criteria and may refuse a request for any reason whatsoever.
The Provider shall not be held liable for decisions made by regional authorities, nor for the financial consequences of any refusal or amount lower than the communicated estimates.
Pursuant to Book VI of the Belgian Economic Code, the consumer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, without justification or penalty.
This right of withdrawal is exercised subject to the digital service (PDF report) not having been fully executed. If the report has been delivered before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the right is forfeited because execution has begun with the prior consent of the consumer.

The PrimeExpert service, including its content, algorithms, and generated reports, remains the intellectual property of D.P.F. Partners S.A. The user receives a usage license for the report for personal or professional use, without right of resale or commercial redistribution.
If any provision of these T&C is found null or unenforceable, the other provisions shall remain in force. The Provider reserves the right to modify the T&C at any time; any modification will be published on this page with indication of the update date.
These T&C are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Brussels have exclusive jurisdiction.
